We buy gold, silver and platinum. It doesn’t matter if the pieces are new or used, broken, mismatched, or considered destroyed. We we will responsibly buy and recycle your gold, silver and platinum and offer competitive and fair gold, silver and platinum prices. Or imagine taking a knotted or broken piece of jewelry from the bottom of your jewelry box and turning it into a beautiful piece that you can wear again.

If you are unsure of the metal content of your jewelry, bring it in and we will happily test it for you.

To sell gold, silver, or platinum, you must determine the value your jewelry or any item that has any of the precious metals.

There are a few major points to keep in mind when trying to determine the value of your gold items.

  • The attached diamonds or precious stones to your jewelry.
  • The spot price of gold, silver, or platinum. Spot price is the price of pure gold, silver, or platinum per troy ounce according to today’s open Spot Market Prices.
  • The exact weight of your gold, silver, or platinum. Pennyweight (dwt) and Grams (g) are the industry standard units of measurement of gold and other precious metals. There are 31.1 grams and 20 pennyweights in a troy ounce of gold.
  • The karat (kt) or purity of your gold, silver, or platinum. Karat is the purity of the gold, silver, or platinum. 24K is considered pure gold or 100% gold. In the United States, most jewelry is 14K or 18K.

Please don’t call and ask for an estimate. While we are always happy to help, it is always best to bring your jewelry into our store. We have to examine and test your jewelry. It takes time to do an estimate and offer you fair gold, silver and platinum prices, so please consider making an appointment versus just walking in
